Pharmacologic action

Sulphonamides. The pathopoiesis period of coccidian is during epigamy and gametic reproduction period of developmental history especially the second epigamy period. This medicine mainly effect to the second generation segmenter of asexual multiplication period, so the effect is strongest in the 3th-4th day of infection. It has strong depressant effect to E. maxima, Eimeria brunette , Eimena accrvulina  .

Application 

Coccidiostat  mainly used to treat coccidiosis

Usage and dosage

Broiler, turkey: oral administration in drinking water ,1g/L of drinking water; oral administration in feeder: 2kg/T of feeder, used for 3 days continuously

Rabbit: oral administration in feeder  2kg/T of feeder,  used for 5 - 10 days continuously

Sheep :oral administration. 10% water solution, 1.2ml/kg b.w., used for 3 to 5 days continuously

adverse effect: 1.decrease the laying rate, increase the damage rate and broken-abnorm egg

2.has some toxicity to chicken

Announcements: .it is forbidden to long-term use as additives of feedstuff.

Withdraw periodturkey  4 days, broiler, 1day, it is forbidden to used during laying period.
